ResQ247 provides telehealth services and emergency response and rescue services where speed, coverage, and contract value matter more than raw lead volume. My role was to help ResQ247 acquire higher-quality, contract-ready leads using a multi-channel performance marketing strategy (Meta Ads & Google Ads), market and competitor analysis, and GIS-driven targeting. The result was a tighter acquisition engine that reduced wasted ad spend, improved lead quality, and shortened time from first contact to signed contracts.

Challenge

In the emergency response and telehealth sector, the window for conversion is incredibly small. The challenge was two-fold: capturing high-intent users during emergencies (Search) and building brand awareness for telehealth subscriptions (Social/Display) in a market where trust is the primary currency.

Strategy

I implemented a "Dual-Intent" strategy.

  1. High-Intent - Using Google Search Ads for immediate emergency keywords.

  2. Predictive Interest - Using Meta Ads and GIS mapping to target high-value demographics in residential and corporate hubs. I utilized (Geospatial Information Systems) GIS spatial analysis to map out potential clientele density, ensuring our ad spend was hyper-localized to areas where ResQ247 had the strongest operational presence.

Execution

    • Meta Ads - I developed a full-funnel campaign structure, using "Problem-Solution" video creatives to drive awareness for the telehealth app, followed by retargeting ads to convert app downloads into active subscribers.

    • Google Ads - I managed Search campaigns focused on "Emergency Rescue" and "Telehealth Kenya," optimizing bidding strategies to ensure a Top-of-Page rate of over 80% for critical keywords.

    • SEO & Analysis - Conducted a comprehensive SEO audit to optimize the site for local "Emergency Service" queries. I built a custom dashboard to track the correlation between GIS-mapped "Hotspots" and actual lead volume, allowing for real-time budget reallocation.

    • Collaboration - Worked directly with the operations team to align marketing spend with the availability of rescue units in specific geographic zones.
