Allure Lounge
Allure Lounge
Hospitality —
A conversion-first nightlife and reservations campaign that turned Allure’s strong brand aesthetic into reliable table bookings, higher walk-ins and improved average spend through timed offers, geo-targeted ads, and a reservation-optimized landing flow.
Challenge
Brand aesthetics were strong but content didn’t reflect reasons to visit now (offers, events, experience). Organic reach was inconsistent and paid creatives were generic — not capturing FOMO, atmosphere, or menu desirability at the moment customers decide to book. The site lacked a clear content-to-booking pathway and there was no UGC/influencer loop to scale awareness.
Strategy
I treated content as the primary demand trigger and paid as the accelerator. Content aimed to:
(1) create immediate desire (atmosphere + bundles),
(2) remove friction (how to book / what to expect), and
(3) deliver social proof (guests, events, UGC).
Content pillars
-
Atmosphere & Experience — short reels showing nightlife energy, crowd, lighting, DJ sets.
-
Menu & Bundles — quick menu videos, carousel posts of promoted bundle offers.
-
Events & Promotions — countdowns, behind-the-scenes for themed nights or DJs.
-
Social Proof & UGC — guest clips, reviews, influencer visits, staff highlights.
-
Practical & Trust — reservation process, parking, dress code, health & safety (if relevant).
Execution
-
Launched a reservation-focused microsite/landing page with a synced booking widget and clear CTAs.
-
Ran geo-targeted Meta ad sets within a 5 km radius with evening-hour delivery and dynamic creative (reels + carousel menu promos).
-
A/B tested CTAs (“Reserve a table” vs “Book tonight”) and creative variants (atmosphere reels vs bundle promos).
-
Implemented remarketing display to menu viewers and event page visitors with limited-time bundle offers.
-
Tracked reservations via integrated POS and reconciled walk-ins with staff reports for offline measurement.
