The goal was to create a single, credible digital ecosystem that increases booked consultations for the clinic while organically and commercially supporting supplies sales. The program combined conversion-led websites, Local SEO dominance, high-trust creative, referral partnerships, and performance advertising. In six months, the clinic saw a 78% uplift in booked patients while paid channels delivered a sustained ROAS of 3.4x, all with a trackable, repeatable playbook that can be scaled to other cities or regional markets.

Challenge

Two business units (dental clinic + dental supplies) were competing for attention under one brand with inconsistent messaging and weak local search visibility. The clinic needed predictable, measurable bookings; the supplies business needed B2B credibility without distracting patient acquisition efforts. Measurement was fragmented and appointment tracking was unreliable.

Strategy

Unify the brand messaging and information architecture so clinic credibility strengthens supplies trust. Prioritize local intent with dedicated treatment pages and Google Business Profile optimization. Build a short, low-friction booking funnel on the site and optimize paid channels for offline conversions (booked appointments). Use partnership/referral channels to capture local referrals efficiently.

Execution

  • Launched SEO-first responsive sites for clinic (aquadentclinic.co.ke) and for supplies (aquadentsupplies.com) with dedicated treatment pages, structured data, and a booking widget integrated with the clinic calendar.

  • Implemented GBP optimization, photo refresh, weekly posts and an SMS-based review capture workflow.

  • Rolled out a 12-week content plan: long-form treatment pages + short patient-journey videos and clinician spotlights for social.

  • Deployed a paid funnel on Meta (prospecting → lead-to-booking landing → remarketing) instrumented with Conversions API and call-tracking numbers.
